I Just Going To Draw Pitch And Potch As Humans, When Potch Is Acting Like A Dog, And Pitch Is Acting Like A Puppy, I Will Put Those Things On This Post.

but he's not the joker merely acting like a dog
he has the mind of one and he is a version of the Joker I have created myself

If I were to create a group for posts of people or characters behaving like canines I'd allow AI pics but not NSFW or low effort drawings.
